Job Description and Skill Set Required:
- Managing Organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands Company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence.
- Fixing and making the meetings with the clients to generate the business.
- Develop and make presentations of Company products and services to current and potential clients.
- To negotiate & close business opportunities.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the Management.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
- Establishes and adjusts quotation by monitoring costs, competition.
- Generate timely sales reports.

Requirements
- MBA in Sales & Marketing/ Diploma in related field
- experience in same domain
- Excellent Communication Skills both written and verbal
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Ready to travel at any given point.
